Return Policy
Return Request Window
- Customers can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Return Review
- All return requests are forwarded to the respective seller.
- Sellers have the right to approve or reject the request based on the condition of the product and the reason provided by the customer.
If a Return Is Approved
- The customer receives instructions for returning the item.
- After the product is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3–7 business days.
If a Return Is Rejected
- The customer will be notified with a clear explanation.
- No refund will be issued if the product does not meet the return criteria.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without an approved return request may not qualify for a refund.
- Shipping or return shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
