To protect both customers and sellers, we follow a clear and fair Cancellation & Returns process.

Return Policy
Return Request Window
  1. Customers can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  2. The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Return Review
  1. All return requests are forwarded to the respective seller.
  2. Sellers have the right to approve or reject the request based on the condition of the product and the reason provided by the customer.
If a Return Is Approved
  1. The customer receives instructions for returning the item.
  2. After the product is returned and inspected, a refund will be issued within 3–7 business days.
If a Return Is Rejected
  1. The customer will be notified with a clear explanation.
  2. No refund will be issued if the product does not meet the return criteria.
Important Notes
  1. Items sent back without an approved return request may not qualify for a refund.
  2. Shipping or return shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  3. Products that are used, damaged, altered, or missing original packaging may not be accepted for return.
